I am a fully qualified and insured Foot Healthcare Practitioner having trained at the SMAE Institute.

I have been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years, seeing the effect feet have on the body's performance.  I also work as a Sports Massage Therapist and understand the importance of massage to help circulation, keeping the body healthy all the way down to the feet.
